OUR WORKING PROCESS
The Sprig Labs client engagement process follows a simple three-step process: (1) understand, (2) tailor, and (3) deliver. Despite the unique advantages and challenges of our clients, we have found that this working process allows us to ensure that we understand the real problem, tailor our methodology, and deliver the right solution.
Most engagements start with a business question, a question the client needs answered. When it comes to helping the client find and nurture sales growth, the first step should always be to listen and understand what may be the real underlying challenge.
The second step is to tailor our services and products to the client’s, defined business need. This is a crucial step, tailoring our services allows us to have the biggest impact where it matters most.
Every client engagement serves an agreed and well-defined purpose. That purpose needs to be delivered in time, and as requested.
